At the end of February, uncle-to-be Mike Affinito made a deal with his pregnant sister. If he could get 1,000,000 nerds to become a fan of his group “MY SISTER SAID IF I GET ONE MILLION FANS SHE WILL NAME HER BABY MEGATRON,” then, well, it’s kind of in the title of the fan page. As of right now, the page has 1,094,832 fans, so it looks like on August 9th, we’ll be welcoming baby Megatron into this world.
Lesson Learned: Never doubt the power of social networking. Especially when Transformers are involved.
