Don’t want to leave your 72 hour Rainbow 6 marathon to go register to vote? This year, you won’t have to. Microsoft Corporation and Rock the Vote just announced a partnership that will allow 360 owners to register to vote, participate in presidential polls and voice their opinions to the presidential candidates starting on Monday, August 25th – the first day of the Democratic National Convention. Just how many people do they think can be reached through Xbox LIVE? Look at it this way: if Xbox LIVE were a state, it would rank as the country’s seventh largest, giving it approximately 20 electoral votes. We should probably prepare ourselves to see Master Chief as the most popular write in candidate this election.

It may be the seventh largest state… but I think the ratio of voting age to non voting age might be somewhere near 1:1.
