I feel your pain. The day I bought GTA4 the disc drive on my 360 broke – past warranty. I had to wait the next day to buy a new one. The game sat on my desk for a day unplayed.
Congrats, I just got mine back about a week and half ago from the the very same affliction. So far things are peachy, but whenever I have used that word some unfortunate catastraphe is never too far away….
Glad you got your system back. If you play online, grab the assault rifles whenever you can.
